About your host:
I am a certified Mindset and Life Coach for Mums who struggle with perfectionism and guilt. In addition to nearly 20 years of experience in adult education and coaching, I am accredited to support women through their matrescence, with an understanding of the social and cultural dimensions of motherhood.
I support my clients to see and release the conditioning and beliefs that are keeping them stuck in their coping strategies and renew their mindset and relationship with themselves so they can confidently be the woman and mother they really want to be.
I believe that women become more, not less, when they become mothers and that being yourself is the best and most beautiful way to be.
