I know what’s it’s like to be exhausted from trying to live up to all the things you “should” be, only to wonder if they really make you happy anyway. As a former corporate workaholic and perfectionist, I understand the pressure of your own high standards and how they seem so very justified and helpful. I’ve tried to plan and control all the elements of my life, only to have the unexpected knock me off my feet. But through that experience, I started to hear the quiet voice that said that there was something better waiting for me, if only I would listen, trust my intuition and let it happen.

I bring nearly 20 years of experience in leading, coaching and educating people to help them thrive and achieve their goals. I hold qualifications in Human Resources and Coaching (Corporate and Life Coaching), and a Masters in Adult Education. I also run a beautiful online community of mothers, and so I am talking to mums about their challenges and experiences every day.

As a mum to a spunky little boy and step mum to three young adults, I’m no stranger to the way that motherhood stretches and challenges us. I believe that we become MORE when we become mothers, not less, even though it might feel like we’ve completely lost ourselves. That beautiful, strong, capable and perfectly imperfect woman is already inside us. We just have to return to her and see how she has grown.

My vision for the year (which came from one of Louise’s blogs) was to “simplify”. My specific goals were around weight loss, a balance of positive parenting vs self care and health and fitness. Louise supported me with these goals and provided me a safe space to explore and be vulnerable. I indeed achieved my goals and I learnt so much about myself in the process. Now 9kg lighter, I have a regular exercise group and I’m currently making continuous self care improvements and simplifying my lifestyle. What times of day are coaching sessions conducted?

I know it can be hard for many mothers to find alone time. It’s best for you to be able to focus 100% on your coaching session, to make sure you get the most out of them and honour your investment in yourself. So, I have both day time and night time coaching sessions available through the week to accommodate your schedule and the needs of your family as much as possible.

If you have young children with you, it is helpful to have someone else there to look after them. Having said that, we all know how unpredictable children are, and I’m no stranger to having to pause for a few minutes so a client can put a wandering toddler back to bed or quickly attend to a baby’s needs. 

The most important thing is that you are able to focus on your needs and not be worrying about what the children are up to!

How are calls conducted?

Coaching sessions will be held via video call on Skype. If you don’t already have a Skype account it is both simple and free to set up.

Conducting sessions online means that I can work with clients all over the world.

If, however, you are based in Melbourne’s outer eastern suburbs and you would prefer to meet in person, this may also be possible.

The personal connection and experience are the same whether we meet in person or online.

Do you offer payment plans?

Monthly payments can be made for both the 3 and 6 month My Motherhood Coaching Series. 

Please don’t put yourself under serious financial strain to engage in a coaching series.

Having said that, if you are looking for ways to make finances available, there are often things that we spend our money on, that are not as important as our own wellbeing and growth. Perhaps you can have your coffee at home, pack snacks to take with you instead of buying them when you go out, or cancel that music subscription that you never use. All the little things add up. 

When you make a decision to invest in yourself like this, you will gain back way more than you spend, in changes that can transform you forever. Consider what these changes are worth to you.
