What sort of support do you provide?

My support will be available to you via the Self Care Made Simple Facebook Group and Facebook Messenger for the duration of the course. I will help you work through the program content and apply it to your own life. I will coach, encourage, validate and celebrate you and your progress. You are welcome to ask any questions, share your challenges and seek the support you need.

What happens after I register?

We celebrate! And.. keep an eye on your email inbox, because your official welcome to the program will be heading your way, containing everything you need to know. 

What is your refund policy?

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase and I will do everything I can to help you see results. If you are genuinely unsatisfied and you have given it your best, then I will happily give you a full refund within 30 days of the program start date. 

I'm already so time poor. What if I can't keep up with the content?

I understand how hard it can be to create time for yourself and that in motherhood and life, unexpected things that are out of your control may require your time and attention. The program content is broken down into manageable chunks so you can do a little at a time. I have also built in 2 “breather” weeks to give you time to take stock, pause and catch up. Finally, you will have ongoing access to the content, so if you cannot finish the program within the 8 weeks, you can continue at your own pace and revisit any of the content as needed.
